基面准备：

铺贴瓷砖前基面应满足以下条件：

1.基材表面温度应介于5-35℃之间。

2.基材结构必须坚实，基层表面拉拔强度应大于0.4MPa，且无起砂、起灰现象，新浇混凝土基面应至少养护28天。

3.基面上的浮浆、灰尘、油污、油漆、涂料、混凝土密封养护剂、脱模剂等影响粘结强度的物质必需用物理或化学方法清除干净。

4.基面平整度偏差应不大于3mm/2m，对平整度达不到要求的基面建议选用预拌砂浆或者杰深水泥自流平进行找平处理。

5.基面表面应有一定的毛糙程度，对于特别光滑的表面，如特别光滑的现浇混凝土面，进行适当的物理打磨或者界面拉毛将有助于更牢固的粘贴。

材料配置：

瓷砖胶与水的配比约为1:0.22-0.28（重量比，一包20kg瓷砖胶约配比4.4-5.6kg水）。先将水加到干净的搅拌桶内，再加入瓷砖胶，使用低速电动搅拌器搅拌均匀至膏状，搅拌完毕静置约10分钟后，再次搅拌均匀即可使用，配好的材料应根据季节、气温最好在2小时之内使用完。

施工：

将搅拌好的瓷砖胶用齿形抹刀的直边在基面用力薄刮一层，并将适量瓷砖胶用合适的齿形抹刀锯齿边在基面上梳理出均匀、平直的条纹（每次涂布面积不大于1平方米），然后将瓷砖粘贴在未表干的且梳理过的瓷砖胶层上，用力揉压，或利用橡皮锤、振动器等工具将面材完全贴实。若瓷砖胶已表干，需重新涂抹梳理条纹。如瓷砖背面的沟槽较深或者瓷砖尺寸大于等于300mm X 300mm，应该使用组合法进行施工，即在贴砖的基面涂抹瓷砖胶并梳理条纹，在瓷砖背面也用力涂抹瓷砖胶，然后将瓷砖粘贴在未表干的且梳理过的瓷砖胶层上，用力揉压，或利用橡皮锤、振动器等工具将面材完全贴实。

注意事项：

施工环境温度应为5°C-35°C。

避免在高温、大风、霜冻等天气施工，雨天施工一定要做好遮蔽防护措施。

施工时和施工后24小时内不可淋水。

搅拌后的瓷砖胶应在2小时内用完，每半小时搅拌一次，使其保持较好的可操作性，已干结的瓷砖胶禁止使用。

瓷砖胶应涂刮均匀满贴。

已贴好的瓷砖15分钟后不可再移动，如需调整需清除瓷砖背面和基面的瓷砖胶后重新铺贴。

铺贴完成后，须等瓷砖胶固化后才可进行下一步的填缝工序。

参考用量：

参考用量每平方米1mm厚度瓷砖胶的用量约为1.5kg，厚度视瓷砖大小和基面平整度情况而定。

储存与保质期：

在干燥、阴凉、通风处储存，在正常储存和运输条件下，包装完好产品的保质期为12个月

Product Description

This product is a high-performance dry powder adhesive specifically designed for tiles. Substrate Preparation

Before applying tiles, ensure the substrate meets the following conditions:

1. The temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C.

2. The substrate should be structurally sound, with a pull-off strength exceeding 0.4 MPa, and free of dust or loose materials. Newly poured concrete must cure for at least 28 days.

3. Any substances that could interfere with bonding—such as dust, oil, paint, curing agents, and release agents—should be thoroughly removed.

4. Surface flatness deviation must not exceed 3mm over a 2-meter span. If uneven, use Jieshen cement self-leveling or pre-mixed mortar for leveling.

5. The substrate should have adequate roughness. For very smooth surfaces like cast-in-place concrete, grinding or roughening is recommended to ensure a stronger bond.

Material Mixing

The adhesive should be mixed with water in a ratio of approximately 1:0.22-0.28 by weight (e.g., a 20kg bag of adhesive requires about 4.4-5.6kg of water). Begin by adding water to a clean mixing bucket, then gradually add the adhesive. Mix with a low-speed electric mixer until a smooth, paste-like consistency is achieved. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then mix again before use. The prepared adhesive should be used within 2 hours, although working time may vary depending on the season and temperature.

Application Process

1. Use the straight edge of a notched trowel to apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to the substrate.

2. Comb the adhesive into straight, uniform ridges with the notched side of the trowel (cover an area of no more than 1 square meter at a time).

3. Press the tiles into the wet adhesive and apply firm pressure. A rubber mallet or vibrator may be used to ensure proper adhesion. If the adhesive surface dries, it must be reapplied.

4. For tiles larger than 300mm x 300mm or with deep grooves on the back, apply adhesive to both the substrate and the back of the tile for enhanced bonding.

Precautions

· Ideal working temperatures are between 5°C and 35°C.

· Avoid applying in extreme weather conditions like high heat, strong winds, or frost. During rainy conditions, ensure the work area is properly shielded.

· Avoid exposing the adhesive to water during application and for 24 hours afterward.

· Use the mixed adhesive within 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to maintain workability. Discard any hardened adhesive.

· Do not attempt to move tiles after 15 minutes of installation. For repositioning, fully remove the adhesive from both the tile and the substrate before reinstalling.

· Allow the adhesive to cure completely before proceeding with grouting.

Dosage Reference

For 1mm thick applications, the reference usage is approximately 1.5kg of adhesive per square meter. The actual amount may vary based on tile size and substrate flatness.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store the product in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Under proper storage conditions, the unopened adhesive has a shelf life of 12 months.
