产品详情

适用范围：

适用于不同吸水率饰面砖和石材等面材背面的加强预处理；适用于建筑物室内的施工。

参考用量：

理论用量约为10㎡/kg（实际用量视基面的实际情况以及所需求的涂层厚度而定）。

施工方法：

将清洁好的面材水平放置，用辊筒或毛刷蘸取适量背胶，均匀涂刷在面材背面，使背胶完全覆盖，不得漏涂或涂刷不完全。室温25℃，湿度50%，通风良好的条件下晾置约60分钟（温度低、湿度大、不通风的条件下干燥时间适当延长），确保背胶完全干燥后，再用瓷砖胶铺贴。确保基面干净，坚实，无油污、脱模剂、油渍、浮尘、明水等。

基面处理：

施工前，清结瓷砖等面材背面的浮灰、油污、脱模剂等影响粘结的杂质。确保基面干净，坚实，无油污、脱模剂、油渍、浮尘、明水等。

储存与保质期：

在室内环境5℃-35℃，干燥、阴凉通风处储存。在正常运输和储存的条件下，包装完好产品的保质期为12个月。

注意事项：

施工时温度应在5-35℃之间，空气湿度应≤70%；

不适用于地面铺贴使用。开封后的产品应在1-2小时内用完，开封后未使用完的液料应密封贮存，并尽快使用。使用时不得加入其它的粉料和液料；

施工过程中应注意保护胶浆不受破坏；

背胶必须完全干燥透明后才可使用，干燥时间会受到涂刷厚度和外在环境（温度、湿度、通风状况）的影响；

在施工时戴上必要的防护工具，如不慎溅入眼睛，请立即用清水清洗，并及时就医。放置在儿童触及不到的地方。

Product Description

This product is a single-component formulation made from high-quality modified polymer emulsion and additives. It is designed for use as a reinforcing pretreatment on the backsides of various surface materials such as decorative tiles and stone with different water absorption rates. When used in conjunction with tile adhesive, it exhibits excellent bonding properties, effectively addressing issues such as hollowness and detachment that can occur due to low water absorption in the surface materials.

Applicable Scope

Suitable for enhancing the pretreatment of the back surface of various water absorption rate decorative bricks, stones, and other surface materials; applicable for indoor application.

Reference Consumption

The theoretical dosage is approximately 10m2/kg (actual dosage may vary depending on the actual conditions of the base surface and the required coating thickness).

Application

Place the cleaned surface material horizontally, use a roller or brush to evenly apply an appropriate amount of backing adhesive, ensuring full coverage without any omissions or incomplete brushing. Under conditions of a room temperature of 25°C, a relative humidity of 50%, and good ventilation, allow to dry for approximately 60 minutes (extend drying time in colder temperatures, higher humidity, or poor ventilation conditions). After ensuring the backing adhesive is completely dry, apply ceramic tile adhesive. Ensure the base surface is clean, solid, and free from oil contamination, mold release agents, oil stains, dust, visible water, etc.

Substrate Treatment

Before commencing the work, thoroughly clean the backside of ceramic tiles and other materials to remove floating dust, oil stains, and residue from adhesives that may affect bonding. Ensure the base surface is clean, solid, and free from oil stains, residue, floating dust, and visible water.

Storage and Shelf Life：

Store in an indoor environment between 5°C-35°C, in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months when the packaging is intact.

Notes

The operating temperature should be between 5-35°C, and the relative humidity should be less than 70%. Not suitable for floor adhesive use. The product should be used within 1-2 hours after opening. Unused liquid should be sealed and stored properly, and used as soon as possible. Do not mix with other powders or liquids during use. Take care not to break the adhesive during the application process. The backside must be completely dry and transparent before use. The drying time may be affected by the thickness of the coating and external factors (temperature, humidity, ventilation). Wear necessary protective tools during application, such as goggles to prevent eye irritation. Wash with water immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. Keep out of reach of children.
